A brand new division: Welcome Incoming Services

After becoming Spain’s leading tourist group, at the forefront of the travel agency and tour operator sectors, all the Group needed to cover the complete range of services was an incoming division. Welcome Incoming Services was created to provide the necessary infrastructures in the major destinations Globalia is currently operating in and provide a response to two key strategic objectives:

o   To provide the Globalia Group with the capacity to hire the full range of services directly in the destination.  

o   To attract new external clients who will benefit from Globalia’s purchasing power and prestige built up over two decades of solid business achievements.

Since 1 November 2011 Welcome Incoming Services has offered integral incoming services via its network of offices located in:  

- Spain: North, South and East coasts; the Balearic and Canary Islands; Madrid and Barcelona.

- France: Paris

- United Kingdom: London

- Dominican Republic: Punta Cana and Santo Domingo

- Mexico: Cancun and Playa del Carmen

Welcome Incoming Services boasts a team of 400 highly skilled professionals that combine the experience and enthusiasm demanded by the tourist sector and particularly the incoming services sector which has to remain one step ahead of the future needs of tourist arrivals.
